Some older content may reflect ethnic, racial, and gender prejudice that were commonplace in American society at that time. These depictions were wrong then and are wrong today.

It's actually not really edition specific as they wrote it as 3. Plus, one of the authors, Gary Holian, can often be found on various Greyhawk-related Discord servers. How good is the quality of the PDF?
Is it a SCAN or is it a digital version? It's a good scan with OCR for the text, so the font looks a little different from the original, but it's all very clear and readable. If you are curious about Living Greyhawk's adventures and plot-lines, there has been one book written which discusses one of the regions in great detail.
