It's actually not really edition specific as they wrote it as 3. Plus, one of the authors, Gary Holian, can often be found on various Greyhawk-related Discord servers. How good is the quality of the PDF?

Is it a SCAN or is it a digital version? It's a good scan with OCR for the text, so the font looks a little different from the original, but it's all very clear and readable.
