Usually when I look for downloaded photos from Evernote or other applications, I used the Gallery app. It shows Evernote photos in their own special folder, but I don't have to hunt them down. Surely there must be a specific folder I can simply navigate to to find the downloaded attachment, yes? On my phone I'm pretty sure they show up in the downloads folder; I think that happened automatically, but maybe I had to tell Evernote at some point in the past. I don't remember. The modern version of the Gmail app lets you directly access email attachments from your email inbox. Tap the attachment to open it, then tap the three-dot menu icon at the top-right corner and click Save or Save to Drive.

I'm receiving email with attachments on Google Inbox. While online, I could open the attachments. Later I would be offline and would like to access those attachments. In this location you'll see a random code something like cd8casdad To view the attachments, navigate to "attachments" folder. Here you'll find lot of folders with random name. The attachments will be stored on random folders, based on when date you opened the files via Inbox application.
